Lee Restaurant
The flagship restaurant of Chef Susur Lee, Lee Restaurant, has been an exciting and vibrant Toronto destination for over two decades. Best known for its seamless fusion of Asian and French cuisines, the restaurant offers a menu inspired by the bright, refreshing flavours of its signature dishes, including the renowned 24- ingredient Singaporean Slaw. Newly relocated to the historic Waterworks building, Lee Restaurant continues to blend vintage and contemporary elements, reflecting Chef Lee’s unique culinary philosophy.
