Located in the heart of the vibrant King West neighbourhood, the Waterworks Food Hall can be accessed from five ground-level entrances – Maud Street, Brant Street, Richmond St. W and St. Andrew’s Playground. There is also a direct entrance to the Food Hall from the underground parking garage accessible off Maud Street.

Getting Here

Public Transport

Take Line 1 (Yonge-University) to Osgoode Station located at University Avenue and Queen Street. Then take the 501 Queen streetcar to Augusta Avenue. Walk south on Augusta to the Waterworks Food Hall on Richmond Street. TTC schedules

Walk / Bike

Waterworks can be easily accessed on foot and is a 15-minute walk westbound along Richmond Street from University Avenue. If cycling, there are designated bike lanes on Richmond Street and Adelaide Street and a bike sharing station for bike rentals on Maud Street. Toronto Cycling Map

Driving

The Waterworks is on a one-way street block between eastbound Richmond St. W and westbound Adelaide St. W, west of Spadina Ave. and east of Bathurst St. Google Maps

Parking

Located off Maud Street, there are 75 parking spots available across two levels of underground parking with direct access to the Food Hall.

Where are you located?

Our main address is 50 Brant Street in the King West neighbourhood, downtown Toronto. The Waterworks complex sits within a city block bounded by Richmond St. W. on the north, Adelaide St. W. on the south, Brant Street on the east and Maud Street on the west. Google Maps

Do you have parking?

Underground paid parking with direct access to the Food Hall is available off Maud Street, between Richmond St. W. and Adelaide St. W. Google Maps

Where do I pick up my take-out order?

All take-out and delivery orders will be available for pick-up at our Maud Street entrance.

Do I need a reservation for the food hall?

The tables in the food hall and patio are for everyone’s enjoyment and do not require a reservation. Our food hall offers ample seating, including communal tables that can accommodate larger groups. For groups of 20 or more, please email us at bookings@waterworksevents.com

Is there wifi available?

Yes, we offer free WIFI throughout the food hall.

Are pets allowed in the food hall?

We welcome service animals who are trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities. While we love your pets, please do not bring comfort and/or emotional support animals into the food hall, as they don’t qualify as service animals.

Is the food hall wheelchair accessible?

All three levels of the food hall (lower-level bathrooms, food hall, and event space) are accessible. The Maud Street entrance and courtyard patio are accessible by ramp, and the Brant Street entrance is accessible without a ramp.

Can I bring outside food into the food hall?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the food hall.

Can I bring food from the food hall into Civil Works or Grape Witches?

The seating within Civil Works and Grape Witches is reserved for customers who order from their menus.
